As we head into the season of year-end work and holidays, Mindfulness Coach Ariadne Ducas will share strategies to understand and intervene when stress is getting the best of us. She’ll help us create a mindful roadmap for healthier response, greater productivity and peace of mind during a hectic period of the year.

About your coach for this experience

Ariadne Ducas is the Founder and Chief Mindfulness Officer at Kairos, a corporate well-being and talent development consultancy. In teaching mindfulness as a skill, she equips progressive organizations with personalized trainings and coaching to de-stress and re-inspire their talent. 

Kairos clients include organizations such as Google, Walsh Construction, University of Chicago Development Office and UIC Medical School. Mindful outcomes include greater resiliency, performance and creative thinking.

Ariadne founded Kairos in 2017, has taught mindfulness extensively since 2008, and began a personal practice in 2000 as a documentary producer for History Channel, A&E and Discovery networks. Her mission is to enable the pursuit of well-being and creativity through mindfulness, inspiring humans and workplaces in the process.
