About This Experience

Join us as we explore the human quality of resilience through the work and people of Storycatchers. This innovative nonprofit works with youth in the juvenile justice system, helping them tell their stories through musical theatre - moving them beyond their histories to transform their own lives, communities and people like us who are ready to listen. In this special Candid Conversation experience, several youth from the program will perform and Priya Shah, the current Executive Director (former Allstate senior manager) will moderate a discussion on how each of us can pursue resilience in our life and career.

What to Expect

  • Brief musical / drama performance from Storycatchers participants

  • Engaging discussion with leaders and participants on facing struggle, getting knocked down and finding the will and motivation to keep going

  • Facilitated small group discussion on how we cultivate resilience in our lives and careers
