A ONE-DAY IMMERSION TO CULTIVATE A CULTURE OF BELONGING

This day-long immersion will cultivate more inclusive, empathetic and self-aware team members who are prepared to lead on issues related to DEI. The skill development, community engagement, and team collaboration throughout the day provide contextual learning opportunities to understand the power of belonging and apply inclusive leadership thinking and behaviors.
