A ONE-DAY IMMERSION TO CULTIVATE A CULTURE OF BELONGING

Companies with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are proven to have higher retention and greater profitability. This day-long immersion will cultivate more inclusive, empathetic and self-aware team members who are prepared to lead on issues related to DEI. The skill development, community engagement, and team collaboration throughout the day provides contextual learning on the power of belonging. Time for reflection and action planning prioritize the application of inclusive leadership thinking and behaviors.
